WATER AEROBIC CLASSES
From October till May we offer water aerobic classes in small 6 people groups with professional water aerobic coach.
Water aerobic classes are placed in Alūksne, Merķeļa street 16, in hotel "Jolanta" swimming pool.
The duration of one class is 90 minutes, of which 45-50 minutes are spent in aerobics classes in the pool, the rest of the time is for showering, enjoying sauna and relaxation with a little tea break.
